Requirements for Visa applicants

In the previous two years we tried to help people from countries with visa requirements to get their visa so they can visit our conference. However, it proved to be a very painful process with very bad results and some quite financial losses on our behalf. Therefore, we apologize for the stricter rules for the visa applicants however; we try our best to get the paper work done even though our own Czech embassies make it so hard especially for people from Africa.

The following will apply for the visa applicants who would like to attend this year’s conference:

  1. Anyone interested in getting documents necessary for the visa please register at jozef.zdechovan@libinst.cz not later then January 15th. Anyone applying later will not be accepted and will have to get the visa on his own.

Please understand we cannot get the visa for you! We can get you only the supportive documents that can help you get the Czech visa in your country!

  2. By January 30th the applicants for visa documents will transfer a sum of 50 EUR to our Liberalni Institut bank account as deposit.

Unfortunately, this is necessary since we had in the past years people applying for visa and then later canceling their participation when we already paid for the visa processing!

  3. The sum of 50 EUR will be returned to the participant upon his/her arrival at the conference or deducted from his/her conference fee if not paid before.

In case of cancellation of the visa process by the Czech embassy or cancellation of your participation at the conference the Liberalni Institut will keep the deposit as compensation for the paperwork and mailing cost!

  4. For participants automatically applies the discount -30 EUR for BASIC FEE or -20 EUR CHEAPER FEE (see participation fees).
  5. The participants are required to visit the Czech embassy at their country before applying for the visa and to inform us of all the requests the embassy asked them to accomplish in order to get their visa. Participants are also required to know the name of the person interviewing them and give us a phone number (fax number, email) where this person can be reached.

The highest assurance you can get to be sure you get your visa is when the embassy official will tell you that you will be given the visa after delivering all the required paperwork!

THEREFORE IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO BE TOLD YOU WILL ACTUALLY GET THE VISA!

  6. Also we will need to know some references so please be ready to send us some information about you when contacting Jozef Zdechovan.
  7. Finally, participants who want to attend for their second time and who were approved their visa before can be exempted from the deposit. Please contact jozef.zdechovan@libinst.cz as instructed for details.

Thank you for your understanding,
