PCPE 2005 Schedule

The Conference was taking place in Prague, the capital of Czech Republic on April 22-24, 2005. First two days of the conference (friday, saturday) were held at University of Economics, Prague continuing by a third day held at the residence of Liberalni Institut.

Memorial Lectures

The highlights of the PCPE are named lectures commemorating the heritage of two towering statures of economics science whose lives are bound with the city of Prague: Franz Cuhel and Friedrich Wieser.

The Cuhel Memorial Lecture was given by Dr. Jorg Guido Hulsmann, one of the leading misesian theorists, currently a professor at the University of Angers France.

The Wieser Memorial Lecture was given by Dr. Samuel Bostaph, leading historian of economic thought, a Chairman and Professor at the Economics Department of the University of Dallas, USA.
